We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property at all times are at the client’s risk.
In case of any dispute between the parties to this contract, the parties shall first make an effort to settle the disputes amicably. However, if the disputes are not resolved internally between the parties, then the disputes shall be referred for its adjudication by Arbitration to be decided by a Sole Arbitrator as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which shall be appointed by the Company. The Arbitration shall be conducted in the English Language. The seat of the Arbitration shall be at New Delhi. The parties agree that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Please Note: - In case of any cancellation, deviation or delay in journey due to weather, traffic, political conditions and/or other force majeure events, we will make alternative arrangements, with the client’s approval. If such alternative arrangements incur any extra charge, the same shall be borne by the client. The client will not be entitled to refund for any missed sightseeing/service resulting from such events.
